Q: Is there anything I have to prepare for before the workshop?
A: There are no prerequisites or preparation required.
Q: Who is this workshop designed for?
A: This workshop is open to anyone in a healthcare profession: from healthcare practitioners to executives to employees.
Q: How does reimbursement work?
A: If your business has between 1-50 W2 Employees based in MA, you are eligible for 100% Reimbursement (or 50% if you have 51-100 W2 MA-Based Employees) by the CommonWealth Corp Express Program. Simply have HR submit an Express Program Application, get approval for employees from your company to attend the workshop, HR pays Moonshot, and your company gets reimbursed after employees attend training.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: 100% of workshop funds will be credited prior to the registration deadline (50% after the registration deadline).
Q: What if Employee B wants to attend instead of Employee A after the registration deadline? Will my company still get reimbursed?
A: Express Contracts do not specify which employees receive training, just the total number of trainees from your organization that are approved to receive training. You can send whomever you want for training, and your organization will receive reimbursement only for the employees that attend the AI Workshop.
Q: How does HR submit proof of attendance for reimbursement?
A: MassMedic and Moonshot will keep an attendance roster and issue certificates of completion only to those who attend and complete the AI Workshop. You can submit both as proof of attendance.
