PRE-REQUISITES

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?
A: No preparation or prerequisites are required. Just bring your laptop — everything else is provided.

Q: Who is this workshop designed for?
A: MedTech and healthcare professionals across all roles - R&D, product, clinical, regulatory, operations, engineering, or leadership. No technical background needed.

REIMBURSEMENT & SCHOLARSHIPS

Q: How does reimbursement work?
A: Individuals in Massachusetts companies (1-100 MA-based W2 employees) qualify for up to 100% reimbursement through Express Training Grants:

We’ll guide your HR representative to obtain the Express Grant. You pay for the workshop upfront and receive reimbursement after attending the workshop.

Q: How do you submit proof of attendance for reimbursement?
A: After the workshop we provide:

  • an attendance roster
  • individual certificate of completion

Your HR team uploads these to the Express Grant portal to trigger reimbursement.

Q: How do merit-based scholarships work?
A: Individuals that do not qualify for reimbursement but who demonstrate exceptional aptitude and ability are offered scholarships on a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: 100% refund before the registration deadline. 50% refund after the deadline. You can also transfer your seat to another employee at any time.
